Domestic Shipping Within Continental USA
We use UPS Ground, Fed Ex or USPS to ship orders within the USA. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and take 3-5 business days for delivery within the USA. Due to the pandemic, normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of both domestic and international customers. For domestic returns within the USA, we are happy to assist with providing a return shipping label. The cost of this label will then be deducted from the refund due to the customer. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
For international shipping (outside the USA), we generally use Hermes BorderGuru. Due to the pandemic, normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Customs charges/duties and shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
