Yes. We charge sales tax as required by law.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just email us for a return authorization at sales@jkmandcompany.com.  Then return the unused item within 30 days in USA/60 days for international orders from the date of purchase and get a full refund (less shipping). We recommend standard shipping such as Fed Ex ground or UPS ground for domestic returns.  Items that are to be returned, must be unused, in their original shape and free of any defects or damage.  Please email us first for a return authorization.

We use UPS Ground, Fed Ex or the United States Post Service (USPS) to ship orders in the USA.  Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and take 3-5 business days for delivery within the USA.

For international orders, we ship with BorderGuru. 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. You can check the status of your order any time on our TRACK ORDER page.
