WARRANTY

JKM and Company provides a six month warranty from defects in manufacturing and workmanship with proof of purchase. Our coverage includes moving parts such as wheels, handles and mechanical parts. Damage that is related to defective materials or poor workmanship, exclusive of wear and tear, is also covered.

If a product is found to be defective, we may have it repaired at a luggage repair shop close to you. If repair is not feasible, we will offer to have it replaced for you, the original purchaser. In the event of a discontinued product, we will offer an exchange for a similarly priced item. This warranty only covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship and does not cover abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper handling by common carrier services.
