

I bought my ostrich rolling bag in 2022. The handle needed replacing in 2025. I called JKM and spoke with Cindy. She talked me through my options. Not only do they have the best product but they have superior customer service. I sent back my bag, they fixed the handle and also refreshed my bag. IT LOOKED BRAND NEW. I never expected them to go above and beyond just replacing my handle. Although the fix was a very quick turn around time I still bought a second crocodile print bag while I waited for mine to come back. Thank you JKM!
Perfect fit for the bag. Be sure not to discard the bottom skid plate of your bag if it has one. I did that accidentally. The handle works fine, but I am hoping that skid plate protector missing won’t be a problem later on.
I love my rolling laptop case and when the handle broke after a year and a half (using it only once per week) I was quite disappointed thinking I was going to have to spend a ton of money for another one. I reached out to the company to find out where I could get a replacement handle because mine had broken and wouldn’t extend/retract anymore. They had them for purchase and had it shipped out to me within a few days. The worst part was removing the old handle because it has pop rivets instead of bolts, but once those were removed, installing the new handle was very easy. The new handle sticks a little bit, but I’m thinking it will probably loosen up as it’s being used, hopefully. All in all I’m very satisfied. It saved me a lot of money to be able to replace the handle instead of buying a whole new bag. Thank you so much.
