Domestic Shipping Within Continental USA

We use UPS Ground, Fed Ex or the United States Post Service (USPS) to ship orders in the USA.  Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order and take 3-5 business days for delivery within the USA.
For international orders, we ship with BorderGuru. 
Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of both domestic and international customers. For domestic returns within the USA, we are happy to assist with providing a return shipping label. The cost of this label will then be deducted from the refund due to the customer. 

  

International Shipping

For international shipping (outside the USA), we use BorderGuru. 

      • Customs charges/duties and shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

      • Customers have up to a maximum of 60 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation from the carrier.  

      • ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: We are able to accept returns within 60 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and must not be used or altered in any way.

    • If your delivery address is outside the United States, shipping will be most often handled by our service provider BorderGuru. Your personal data (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, payment information) as well as information about your order (including types of goods and value) will be transmitted to BorderGuru and its service providers and affiliates in order to provide shipping and related services, process and collect payments, enforce their rights and defend claims, and comply with legal requirements. You hereby consent to our disclosure of such information to BorderGuru and its service providers and affiliates and to BorderGuru’s and its service providers’ and affiliates’ storage, use, processing, and disclosure of such data and information solely for these purposes.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Yes. We charge sales tax as required by law.

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just email us for a return authorization at sales@jkmandcompany.com.  Then return the unused item within 30 days in USA/60 days for international orders from the date of purchase and get a full refund (less shipping). We recommend standard shipping such as Fed Ex ground or UPS ground for domestic returns.  Items that are to be returned, must be unused, in their original shape and free of any defects or damage.  Please email us first for a return authorization.

Privacy Policy

JKM and Company values our customers and their privacy. The information that is gathered by us, has only internal uses in order to help us better serve you in the future. Such information is not your personal information, but that of your hardware which enables us to analyze important statistics and traffic information. Your personal information is only used for shipping and/or notification purposes. JKM and Company does not sell, rent, or exchange information to-or-with any third party.
