We use UPS Ground Service, Fed Ex or the United States Post Service (USPS) to ship orders.  Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and take 3-5 business days for delivery within the USA.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail with a projected delivery date.
Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of both domestic and international customers. For domestic returns within the USA, we are happy to assist with providing a return shipping label. The cost of this label will then be deducted from the refund due to the customer. 



For customers residing outside of the United States:
    • JKM and Company is not responsible for any customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
    • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. International packages may be held at the post office of your specific country for payment of customs fees and charges. International orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail International shipping and can take any where from 2-4 weeks for delivery.  We also use Fed Ex for faster international shipments.
    • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be destroyed or returned to the seller at your expense.
    • Customers have up to a maximum of 60 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.  
    • ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: We are able to accept return and exchange requests for international orders within 60 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of both domestic and international customers. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and must not be used or altered in any way.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Yes. We charge sales tax as required by law.

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just email us for a return authorization at  Then return the UNUSED item within 30 days from the date of purchase and get a full refund (less shipping).  We recommend standard shipping such as Fed Ex ground or UPS ground.  Items that are to be returned, must be unused, in their original shape and free of any defects or damage.  Please email us first for a return authorization.

JKM and Company values our customers and their privacy. The information that is gathered by us, has only internal uses in order to help us better serve you in the future. Such information is not your personal information, but that of your hardware which enables us to analyze important statistics and traffic information. Your personal information is only used for shipping and/or notification purposes. JKM and Company does not sell, rent, or exchange information to-or-with any third party.
