Domestic Shipping Within Continental USA

We use UPS Ground, Fed Ex or USPS to ship orders within the USA.    Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and take 3-5 business days for delivery within the USA. Due to the pandemic, normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of both domestic and international  customers.  For domestic returns within the USA, we are happy to assist with providing a return shipping label. The cost of this label will then be deducted from the refund due to the customer.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging. Once the returned item is received in our warehouse, a refund will be issued within 5-8 days.

International Shipping

For  international shipping (outside the USA),  we generally use Hermes BorderGuru.  Due to the pandemic, normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Customs charges/duties and shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Customers have up to a maximum of 60 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation from the carrier.   

ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:  We are able to accept returns within 60 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If your delivery address is outside the United States, shipping will be most  often handled by our service provider BorderGuru. Your personal data (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, payment information) as well as information about your order (including types of goods and value) will be transmitted to BorderGuru and its service providers and affiliates in order to provide shipping and related services, process and collect payments, enforce their rights and defend claims, and comply with legal requirements. You hereby consent to our disclosure of such information to BorderGuru and its service providers and affiliates and to BorderGuru’s and its service providers’ and affiliates’ storage, use, processing, and disclosure of such data and information solely for these purposes.
